The woman's position in the modern world

Today the modern world does with that us women struggle so that every day we conquer more space in the society.

We are a generation where we have to be always showing our capacity, be her professional or intellectual, however we are getting to win those obstacles, showing that we have a lot of capacity to dispute the equal job market for similar with the men, through a lot of effort and competence.

A lot of times we have to win obstacles, as: a woman's prejudice to occupy positions more specific professionals, our remuneration that in general is lower than of the men. However, we are more and more opening new spaces, occupying positions where we never thought before be, getting to show that we have conditions for we being recognized profissionallly as winners.

Our fight for positions in the modern world doesn't stop here, because we will always be wanting to conquer new spaces, but with a lot of competence and dedication.
