You are right when you think that our conversation is contradictory, mainly when the subject is diet.
Do the scientific studies move forward, do they indicate new roads, do they undo myths, do they create other, right?
It is even so that the science grows.
What mistreated yesterday, can be pleased today.
But exists some basic beginnings that we are not able to, and we didn't owe, to go away of them.
It is what i will try to pass to you from now on.
The consumption every time larger of refined carbohydrates, that is, all that we bought in packages in the supermarkets, with the stress, every more intense day by day, and the sedentarismo have been taking to an exaggerating increase in the number of obese people and consequently of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and cancer.
Even if we work out one hour in the gym, in the other twenty-three, we are practically sedentary. We ate and we didn't train. It is the modern life.
In my point of view, the only way to solve the problem of the obesity in the current days it is to increase in the people new life habits, to do with that they try to move also everyday.
Examples: avoid the use of the car for small distance, don't use the remote control of television, go to the apparel and change the channel or reduce the sound, arise and get the steps day by day off yours, take advantage of the lunchtime to go for a walk, even if is for the block of your work and like this go exercising yourself.
Reduce, to minimum, the ingestion of carbohydrates, cut the refined ones.
For who wants to be thin, the breakfast and the snack owes must summarizes in coffee or tea, eggs, cheese and tomato juice.
In the lunch and in the dinner eat thin meats, green vegetables and legumes(conferir).
The fruits can be introduced in a second stage, in breakfast, in the snack and in the dinner.
Further on increase the grains as in the lunch and as in dinner.
Sauté your food with drops of olive oil and water the plate RICHLY WITH THE SAME. Give preference to the virgin extra olive oil.
Use comfortable seasonings and moderate the salt.
Drink at least eight glasses of water a day.
Chew well and eat slowly.
Those cares increase the satiation sensation.
It is what i say, for more than twenty years, for my patients, and I can guarantee that the result is for there of healthy.
See like you can do diet without torturing.

This menu can be followed during four or six weeks.
Then, increase portions of fruits, three times a day, in the intervals of the meals.

BREAKFAST
-1 boiled egg
-Coffee or Tea
-30g of cheddar cheese
- ½ small glass of tomato juice

BREAK
- Dietary jelly

LUNCH
-200g of thin meat of any origin
-1 cup of leaves cooked comfortable raw leaves

DESSERT
- Tangerine delicacy (1 jelly cup still liquid, beat with 1 shallow tablespoon of cheese spread and 1 beaten white. Put immediately in the refrigerator)

LUNCH
-Pizza without mass (to roast in the oven: 1 slice of Mussarela, 1 ham slice not apresuntado, 1 table spoon of any meat mill or frayed, oregano 1 lemonade

DINNER
-1 xícara de consomê de carne 200g de carne magra
-1 xícara de folha cozida folha crua à vontade

DESSERT
-1 cup of jelly diet
