HOW TO PREVENT THE ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION


Although has hereditary-familiar character ,the arterial hypertension can be avoided, or at least lessened, depending on the lifestyle that is taken.
They are healthy habits, that prevent the elevation of the blood pressure:
·Avoid the excessive use of salt;
·Feed basically of vegetables, green vegetables, fruits, thin meats and a few fat that besides avoiding the excess of weight(factor predisponente), it still maintains the walls of the free arteries, without deposits of cholesterol plates.
·Manipulate in an appropriate way the stressful factors.
·The practice of routine physical exercises (walk), prevent and lessen a high pressure established already.
·Leave aside the tobacco, because the nicotine is considered, at the present time, the first drug to induce a blood pressure increase, promoting contraction of the wall of the arteries.


The two considered formulas of larger importance in the treatment of the high pressure, are, because, physical exercises and weight loss in case of excess, that reduce in very much the necessity of the measurement and they can, besides, release the use of it. The arterial hypertension is treacherous because it can attack the person without that he feels or foresee to be hyper tense. The pressure should be measured at least to every six months for the people considered normal.
